Bengaluru, February 27: The four raths between themselves will reach four crore people during its 24 days of yatra criss-crossing Karnataka commencing from March 1.
This was disclosed by BJP state general secretary and MLC N. Ravi Kumar here on Monday.
The Leyland chassis for four raths are being built by Prakash Roadlines. Each Rath is 30 feet long and eight feet in width. A canopy has been made for the leaders to deliver speech.
The rath is fully equipped with four mobile chargers, sound system that is audible for one kilometer with four big horns.
The Rath is so posh and sophisticated, there is a home theater, 32 inch TV and intercom system to converse with the driver.
Two party functionaries Harish and Ganesh are in-charge of the raths. Four vehicles will go in advance along the yatra route.
Ravi Kumar asserted that Rath Yatras have always played a very significant role for the party in increasing the seats from two to 300 plus seats.
He claimed that the Congress Prajadhwani yatra has suffered a puncture. The Congress leaders have addressed empty chairs in all their meetings.
