Bengaluru, Feb 13: Manifesto for Bharatiya Janata Party is not just programs limited to slogans. Instead, it is like Bhagavad Gita to us, which ensures the development of the state and reflects aspirations of the people, said Health and Medical Education Minister Dr K. Sudhakar here today.
Speaking after the meeting of the district coordinators and co-conveners of the manifesto advisory collection campaign held in party office in Bengaluru, Dr K.Sudhakar said that the plan is ready to bring out a manifesto that fulfils the aspirations of the people of the state. He said that all the 31 district convenors, co-convenors, manifesto committee members have expressed their views on what should be the goal and agenda of the next BJP government.

“For the BJP, the manifesto is as sacred as the Bhagavad Gita. Every program announced by the party will be diverse and genuine. A blueprint for development will be prepared keeping in mind the realistic and economic condition of the state. Aspirations of the people of the state will be in the manifesto and a target time will also be fixed for the implementation of each project,” he said.
The manifesto will be the voice of the people. From village to the capital, meeting and interacting with everyone including organizations of all religions & castes, representatives of all sections of the society, elected and professionals, common people and collecting their opinions, a blueprint has been prepared about how the government should deliver the scheduled programs, Dr Sudhakar said. He also said that assistance of technology including WhatsApp, e-mail, chatbot etc is being taken.

25 suggestion boxes are kept at specific locations in each mandal. If people write suggestions through letters and put it in, it will be scrutinized and discussed and adopted into the manifesto. He said that all strategies will be espoused for future of the people of Karnataka.
Ensuring equality and social justice to the last person, party’s manifesto, will reflect a strong foundation for a prosperous and glorious Karnataka. It is the blueprint for a new Karnataka of new India. Dr K.Sudhakar said that a manifesto will be prepared keeping in mind the dream of Prime Minister Narendra Modi of making India a trillion dollar economy 2030 and Karnataka contributing 20% towards that goal.
No place for any wrongdoing
BJP will not do anything that is sinful, like giving false promises to get votes. Instead, it aims to improve the life of the common man, that is possible in today’s condition, how it can be fulfilled and to complete the programs in a time bound manner. Dr K.Sudhakar said that since Bengaluru is the engine of development, there will be a discussion soon, about giving special emphasis and care for our capital city. After elaborate discussions and consensus with Chief Minister, our state President, co-convenors of the committee and party leaders, a good manifesto will be released soon, Dr Sudhakar said.
