Mangaluru, Jul 28: Amid CM’s visit to Mangaluru, four miscreants brutally stabbed a youth to death on Thursday evening.
Deceased person has been identified as Fazil, a resident of Surathkal’s Mangalpete. Fazil was shifted to the hospital soon after the attack but reportedly he died on the way.
It is reported that, four miscreants chased Fazil and attacked him with machetes.
This murder comes close on the heels of the slaying of Praveen Kumar Nettaru in Bellare on July 27 night. The motive behind the assaults is still not known.
The gang which came after Fazil who was talking to an acquaintance charged at him, chased, caught him brutally assaulted and stabbed him. It is said that the young man is critically injured.
