Bengaluru: The 147th State-Level Single Window Clearance Committee (SLSWCC), chaired by the Honourable Minister for Large, Medium Industries, and Infrastructure Development, Shri MB Patil, approved 20 projects totalling INR 2280.52 crore on Saturday. These projects are projected to generate employment for approximately 3457 people across the state.
Among the approved notable projects are from Toyotetsu India Auto Parts Pvt Ltd. and ILV South Warehousing Parks Private Limited, which plan to invest INR 450 and INR 423 cr respectively. Toyotetsu India Auto Parts Pvt Ltd, is investing in new 4th Plant in Bidadi to cope up Innova Hycross Demand to Support TKML. Aoyama Seisakusho Co. has plans to invest INR 210 crore in establishing automotive fasteners production facility at Vasanthnarsapura.
In the meeting, Shri M.B. Patil has approved 6 major large and medium projects with a total capital investment more than INR 50 crores, amounting to INR 2025.71 crore, which is expected to create employment opportunities for around 2,440 people. Additionally, 13 new projects with capital investments ranging between INR 15 crore and INR 50 crore, totalling INR 214.81 crore, have been approved, generating employment for approximately 1,017 individuals. Furthermore, one additional capital investment project worth INR 40 crore has also been approved.
In total, the 20 projects approved will bring in investments of INR 2280.52 crore and generate employment for 3457 people.
The meeting was attended by several key officials, including Shri Selvakumar S, IAS, Principal Secretary, Department of Commerce and Industries; Smt Gunjan Krishna, IAS, Commissioner for Industrial Development and Director, Department of Commerce and Industries; Shri Dodda Basavaraju, MD of Karnataka Udyoga Mitra; Shri Darshan H.V, IAS, Director of Electronics, IT/BT and other senior officers from various departments.
