Ramnagar, March 16: An objectionable slogan praising Pakistan was discovered written on the wall of a restroom inside the prestigious Toyota Boshoku Pvt. Ltd. factory in Bidadi. The slogan, which read “Jai Pakistan, Victory to Pakistan”, is believed to have been written by miscreants working within the factory.
The incident has sparked controversy, with the factory’s management issuing a warning notice to employees regarding the act. The management condemned the act, stating that such behavior not only disturbs the peace among workers but also reflects severe indiscipline within the organization.
Despite the seriousness of the issue, the factory administration has been criticized for merely issuing a notice without informing the police immediately. The factory, which manufactures car seats and employs around 400 workers, is located in the jurisdiction of the Bidadi Police Station.
Upon learning about the incident, Ramnagar DYSP Srinivas and Bidadi Inspector Shankar Nayak visited the site to assess the situation. Kannada organizations have strongly condemned the act, labeling it an act of treason. Protesters gathered in front of the Toyota Boshoku factory, demanding strict action against those responsible for the slogan.
Activists have urged authorities to file serious charges against the culprits and push for their deportation. They also criticized the factory’s management for delaying a police complaint, suspecting an attempt to cover up the incident.
Prominent Kannada activist Kannada Manju called for strict legal action, both against those involved in the writing and the factory management for their negligence in reporting the matter. The situation continues to develop as authorities investigate the matter further.
