Channapatna/Ramanagara: Union Minister HD Kumaraswamy strongly criticized the recent recommendation for prosecution against former Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa and former Minister Sriramulu over COVID-related issues, calling it “a politically motivated move.”
Speaking to the media during a campaign in the Channapatna constituency, Kumaraswamy alleged, “This is an attempt by the ruling government to misuse its agencies and officials to suppress opposition leaders. Such actions are a clear indication of political vendetta.”
Kumaraswamy pointed out that by-elections are currently underway in three constituencies in the state. “At such a crucial time, the state government is engaging in revenge politics. However, the people are wise and will teach a lesson to those involved in these dirty political games,” he added.
