Delhi, July 30: Chief Minister Siddaramaiah stated that BJP’s attempts to destabilize the government will not succeed.
He was speaking to the media after a meeting at the residence of AICC President Shri Mallikarjun Kharge in Delhi.
“There is no role of the government in the Valmiki Corporation incident. The Finance Department has no role either. There is nothing illegal in the MUDA matter. Everything has been done legally and according to rules,” he informed the party seniors.
“The funds meant for the reserved category have not been misused. The money in Valmiki Corporation is being recovered. We have also clarified that the investigation is ongoing.”
“The high command has been made aware of BJP’s vindictive and envious politics. After returning to Bengaluru, we will discuss with KPCC President D.K. Shivakumar on what steps to take in response to BJP’s padayatra,” he said.
“In the central budget, injustice has been done to the state. None of the demands made during the pre-budget meeting from the state were fulfilled. Therefore, we discussed in the meeting how Nirmala Sitharaman has done injustice to the state.”
“BJP’s conspiracy to destabilize the state government will not succeed. They will not achieve success in this,” Chief Minister Siddaramaiah clearly stated.
