Mysore, April 13:Chief Minister Siddaramaiah said that the work of theN.I. A a and Karnataka Police in arresting the two key suspects in the Rameshwara Cafe bomb blast case is commendable.
He was speaking to the media at his residence in Mysuru today.
He said that after bringing the accused from Kolkata to Bangalore, they will interrogate and gather more details.
N. D. A will not get full majority
Expressing the opinion that NDA will not get full majority, the Chief Minister said that the India alliance against BJP will get majority. He said that the strategy of BJP which is claiming to win more than 400 seats is to mislead people.
Let Modi answer to people of the state what they have done to Karnataka
Responding to Modi’s arrival in Mysore tomorrow, the CM said ‘ I have no problem with Modi coming and going. The people of the state should be told what they have done to Karnataka. He said that the answer should be given as to why no relief has been given to unemployment problem, tax distribution and drought till now.
Why wasn’t action taken against Anantakumar Hegde
Responding to Modi’s statement that even if Ambedkar comes, the constitution cannot be changed and that BJP is in favour of the Constitution, the CM asked as to why action has not been taken against Anantakumar Hegde. He questioned whether he was dropped from the party or from the post of minister. He was sitting at home in North Karnataka without any work for five yearsband came out in the last 3- 4 months. He said that Ananthakumar was not given a ticket on the basis of reports that he would lose .
