Bengaluru: The Madurai Cyber Crime Police have registered a case under 4 sections against the Union Minister of State for inciting conflict between the two sides in the Bangalore blast incident.

It seeks to create harmony between the two communities, the Tamils and the Kannada speaking people. Thiagarajan, a resident of Katachanendal area of Madurai, lodged a complaint with the Madurai Cyber Crime Police Station claiming that the allegations contained in the report are likely to incite violence against the Tamil community. In this case, the cyber crime police have registered a case against Union Joint Minister Shoba Karandalaje under 4 sections namely 153, 153(A), 505(1)(b), 505(2).
While the Election Commission has warned that action will be taken if the two parties talk in a way that incites conflict, a complaint has been filed against the Union Joint Minister’s speech and a case has been registered in Madurai, which has created a stir.
