State tribal women call on President Draupadi Murmu

New Delhi, March 31: As many as 31 tribal women from Karnataka called on President Draupadi Murmu at Rashtrapathi Bhavan on Friday.

These 31 tribal women belong to the Sanjeevini Self Health Group ftom the districts of Chamarajanagar, Kodagu, Karwar, Udupi, Dakshina Kannada and Mysore.

The President very freely mingled with the tribal women and enquired about their well-being and their vocation.

Karnataka state’s Livelihood Mission Director Dr Ragapriya who had organized this meeting with the President, introduced the tribal women to the President.

The tribal women from Karnataka expressed happiness for calling on the first citizen of the country.
