New Delhi, March 7: Samvardhini Nyas, a RSS outfit involved in imparting values among children, has now claimed that unborn child still in womb can also imparted values.
“We have actually taken up this task in Delhi. We intend to experiment this on about 1000 mothers,” Samvardhini Nyas convener Madhuri Marathe has said.
Psychologists and child specialists are of the view that children still in womb tend to pick up messages and certain things just like they get feeding from what the mother eats.
“That is why elders keep telling the expectant mothers to think positive, think healthy aspects, read Ramayana, Mahabharatha, Bhagavadgita, Vishnusahasranama and other religious texts so that the child in womb pick up right samskara,” Madhuri Marathe said.
She quoted Mahabharatha where Abhimanyu, when he was in his mother’s womb, learnt the art of going inside the ‘Chakravyuha’ but did not know how to come out as his mother had fallen asleep.
“This is just not a story. It is real. Psychologists have conducted numerous tests in this issue and have proved it,” Madhuri Marathe added.
As a first step, expectant mothers will be taught shlokas, stotras and made to listen music in melodious tunes and raagas such as Darbari Kaanada, Sri, Madhyamavathi, Manirangu, Revathi etc, etc.
“These raagas are melodious and soothing to mind and ears. People tend to become soft and matured if they keep listening to these raagas. Along side, we also keep telling the expectant mothers noble thoughts from Gita and Ramayan apart from spiritual personalities,” Madhuri Marathe explained.
The Samvardhini Nyas has also made a system to keep a track of the children as to know their conduct and behaviour.
