Bengaluru, February 25: Central Intelligence Agencies have stumbled upon a new organisation “Lashkar – E – Khalsa” that has all the potential to create unrest in Punjab as well as in different parts of the country.
Lashkar – E – Khalsa, as the name suggests and sounds ominous, is a alliance between Jihadis and Khalistanis propped up by the dreaded Inter Services Intelligence (ISI) of Pakistan.
The violent incidents in Punjab that have been taking place for the last two days is believed to be the tip of the iceberg of this new and dangerous outfit.
Intelligence agencies believe that Khalistan supporter Amritpal Singh has been propped up by the ISI which is also providing him the Jihadi elements as well as being aided in terms of funds, arms and ammunition.
Security forces are of the view that nobody dares to attack the police station without the support of certain forces, as it happened at Ajnala in Punjab on Friday.

The issue of possible dining together of Jihadi elements and Khalistanis elements was flagged in the annual conference of DGs recently in Delhi.
It was then decided to keep an eagle’s eye on the activities of both pro-Khalistani elements as well as Jihadis.
Recently the IB intercepted a conversation on wireless where the discussion was about the need to revive Khalistan Tiger Force with the help of Jihadi elements.
The fear of the Central Intelligence agencies has come true with the violence incidents in Punjab having the stamp of the ISI.
