Bangalore, February 10: Health Minister Dr K. Sudhakar on Friday said that the party’s manifesto will not give any false promises, fake hopes and will not misguide the people.
“Instead, our manifesto will be of the people, by the people and for the people, pragmatic and realistic that is implementable,” Dr Sudhakar said, while speaking to reporters after the first meeting of the election manifesto committee.
Dr Sudhakar is the Chairman of the party’s election manifesto committee.

He said the members of the committee will go to each district and obtain feedback from the common man on the proposed content of the manifesto.
” In a way, the manifesto is going to be the reflection of the aspirations of the people in the real and true sense of the word” the health minister added.
Dr. Sudhakar slammed the Congress party for giving fake promises and false hopes and later dumping them with utter contempt. “Let them tell how many hours of free electricity they supplied when they were in power,” Dr Sudhakar asked.

The health minister dared H.D. Kumaraswamy to declare a Muslim as his party’s Chief Ministerial candidate.
“We will go to the people with humility and confidence and seek their opinion as well as the support. Our performance on all fronts have been commendable especially the way we handled the unprecedented Covid crisis,” Dr Sudhakar explained.

Former Minister S. Suresh Kumar, actor Malavika Avinash, economists Dr Sameer Kagalkar and Vishwanath Bhat among others are the members of the election manifesto committee.
