Bengaluru, July 28: An audio call conversation between BJP Yuva Morcha National President and Bengaluru South MP Tejaswi Surya and Chikkamagaluru Yuva Morcha President Sandeep has been leaked. The duo was heard talking about the murder of BJP youth leader Praveen Nettar, who was killed on Tuesday night.
As many BJYM leaders including the district president of Chikkamagalur tendered their resignation condemning the death of Praveen Nettar, National BJYM Prez called them personally and urged them to give ‘clarification’. He was also heard warning that, if Sandeep fails to clarify immediately, it will be a black mark on Sandeep’s political career.
“Tell me if you doubt my commitment towards Hindutva. We hoisted the Tricolour at Lal Chowk, even after knowing that anyone could kill us. You might’ve watched it. Now, if you people tender mass resignation it will not send a good message to society. The opposition wants the same. I will send you a few lines and post them as your official statement. Only after that, I will start the meeting which has been scheduled at 5.30 PM,” said MP Tejaswi to Sandeep.
Further, Tejaswi told that he will be visiting Mangaluru the day after tomorrow, where he will meet the parents of deceased Praveen Nettar. During that, all the Yuva morcha district presidents will accompany him. The money collected by the Yuva Morcha karyakart’s will be handed over to Praveen Nettar’s mother.
Sandeep said that, since Praveen was a BJP Karyakart, leaders are advertising themselves in the name of condemning the death. Take care of that.
Replying to this Tejaswi said, I can understand your emotions and I too share the same feelings.
“If it was Congress govt, we could’ve pelted stones. Now we have our own govt. What else could we do? CM is from our party only, we should make him understand the situation,” Tejaswi said.
“You people have high-level security. Please ask the intelligence personnel to enquire and make a report on the hit list. They are planning to kill 5 people from every district,” said Sandeep.
For that Tejaswi told that, Let’s meet CM and discuss our concerns. I will take one-hour appointment with CM. Our delegation will make sure that every concern of Hindu karyakart’s will be put in front of CM Bommai.
“For now, I will send you five lines. Put that in your letterhead and release it immediately,” said MP Tejaswi Surya.
