Tirupathi Feb 05,2022: The Honourable Governor of Karnataka State Sri Thaawarchand Gehlot had darshan and offered prayers to Lord Venkateshwara at srivari temple on Saturday morning at Tirumala near Tirupati.
Hon’ble Governor accompanied by officials arrived at the tirumala hill by road from Bangalore last night. After an over night stay, Hon’ble Governor visited the temple this morning. He offered prayers to Lord Venkateshwara seeking blessings for the people of Karnataka state. He also said after taking oath as Governor, it is the first time visit to Tirupathi balaji temple and prayed God for the peace , wealth and good health of the people of our Nation.
After darshan, he was presented with Srivari Thirtha Prasadams, diary, and calendar at Ranganayakula Mandapam by TTD officials.
He was welcomed by Chittoor district BJP leader Bhanuprakashreddy, additional SP Prabhakar babu, Tirupathi Municiple commissioner Girish. IAS, Deputy EO Lokanathsharma and other officials and police personnel.
